Don’t Make A Statement Easily

There are too many things we don’t know very much. Remember not to make a statement easily before you find out all the situation. That may enrage somebody and you don’t know, especially when the statement is strong and he shirks his responsibility and shift the blame onto others.

My MP3 Player Is Broken?

I got this as a gift from Taipei City Hall. It’s fine and has many wonderful functions, such as mp3 playing, radio, recording, etc. I also used it to record my podcasts. But I found that it seems broken when I tried to listen to some music just now. After some tries, I found if I turned on the EQ mode, the music will become noise. It’s so strange. It worked well when I listened to it this morning. I don’t know why. Maybe I should do nothing to it and it’ll get fine several days later. That sometimes will happen to some electronic products.

Ignorance Of Self-examination

It says that if someone offen brings you something with his goodwill, but finally receives insolent feedback, no “Thanks”, even be ignored with your nose turning up. How can he endure it? At last, I don’t know whether it is or not. You feel losing your face and then get angry at his “speaking ill behind somebody.” How can I say any more about this!?

Roach In The Toilet

Someday when I went to the toilet, I suddenly saw a cockroach just on someone’s dining utensils, which may be waiting washing. Oh~~ This story tells us: starting from today, we’d better not to be so lazy. Wash them and take them back right away. :p

Instigating Friends For Blogs

In recent days, I successfully instigated several of my friends for their new blogs. Since this February I got in touch with the blogsphere, I really like this new toy. I blogged for myself, besides, I encouraged my friends to blog for themselves. But the efficiency seemed not very good. But finally, last week my roommate asked me about choosing a BSP (Blog Service Provider), and I recommand him to use Yam! Roodo. My point of view is that it is a BSP with more complete functions in Taiwan, and the templates they supply may match our tastes more. Although I had just tried their service for a while and didn’t continue using it, I recommanded it to my friends.

The second person is my classmate. Maybe he saw many posts by me are about blog, and he wants to catch the front of information trend, so he asked me about blog, too. I also recommanded him the Yam! Roodo, and he set up his blog, and blogged several articles that night, even though we are now in the awful mid-semester exam period… @_@

O.K., I successfully instigated two to blog, and I’ll continuously do this… :p

Change Blogging Style

Originally, the main hope of maintaining this English blog is trying to improve my English level, but if there is only English, the readers may not realise what I think thoroughly, and just can point out the errors in grammar. I think, the best way may be writing in both English and Chinese. One can point out the errors by comparing the two versions. So, from now on, I’ll write in Chinese first, and then translate them into English. Hope you not to spare your advice. Thanks.

Now At QK Cafe

I’m now at QK Cafe, Tien-Mu store.

A few days ago, I saw an article by ijliao about his experience of QK cafe. He said that they offer free wireless service. For me, after buying the laptop, it’s a very important thing. And, many times I went to kilo‘s place, I saw a QK Cafe standing there, so I decided to come here for breakfast in a carefree morning. And, it is today. Keep Reading

Food Intoxication?

When I was dealing with kilo’s computer’s strange IME behavior last night, I felt accidentally acute abdominal pain. There were neither defecation nor farting feeling at that time. Murphy sign and peritoneal sign were both negative. I didn’t have any sphygmomanometer to check my vital sign. Without stethoscope, I couldn’t auscultate the frequency of my bowel sounds, but I thought it may increase a little. It was a little like the episode I got food intoxication in junior high school.

The symptoms persisted about 2 hours and remitted that I could go to bed. This morning after I had my breakfast, I felt the similar colic again. I felt there are large gas in my abdoman, and as my expectation, I went to stool just now. (By the way, I also repaired the broken flusher. =.=|||) It looked normal color and no foul odor, but a little watery.

I think it may be food intoxication of my last night snack, Fried Tou-Fu (臭豆腐). The pathogen may be in the bean paste or the pickled vegetables.

I feel more comfortable after defecation. Hope it is just a single event. (But I really won’t buy any food from that street vendor. :p) May the others ate Fried Tou-Fu last night are all safe and well.

What A Damn Roach!

Why do you hide in the clothes I just cleaned? Although I am not a mysophobia, I still don’t like you to dirty my clothes. OK., finally the fate of you is death under my little, cute dustpan. Hahaha… XD

PBL Courses Ended

On Monday, the last case of PBL ended, and it means that this semester is approximately going to the end. (The final exams are coming, too. :p) In addition, after I come into the 5th year of medical education, there are few chances for me to participate a PBL course.

At the first time I got into a learning style like this in the 2nd semester of my 3rd grade, I didn’t like it very much. I was so lazy to find the answer we discussed in class in comparison with my panelists. They were smart and studious and always found out many amazing information and papers. But after nearly half-semester accommondation, I gradually cought up them and enjoyed more. Keep Reading
