Because VGHTC has banned the non-web usage, of course CVSup is included, I need to find out the solution.
And the SSH port is not open either, so my brother set up a data redirection connection for me that I can pass his machine to Fancy. And the FTP can be connected via the SSH tunnel.
CVSup also can work under such way, but the SSH tunnel under FreeBSD should be created by such command showed below:
$ ssh -l username ssh_server -p 8080 -L 5999:cvsup.tw.freebsd.org:5999
I also change the cvsup server setting in /etc/make.conf to localhost.
And then after opening a new login session, I can make update again. :)
