The postcard from Chengdu had arrived yesterday. It took about 8 days (06/05 – 06/13), more efficient than I thought. Depends on my experience, the letters deliver between Taiwan and mainland China always take 1 month. But this happened about 10 years ago. Maybe because the policy of Mini Three Links, the efficiency of mail delivery has been enhanced?
