這個病人一年半前做了 sono-guide biopsy and RFA for HCC, 後來追蹤發現 liver capsule 外和 intercostal muscle 間長出 nodules, 來 biopsy 後確診是 recurrent HCCs。
推測應該是當初 biopsy 或 RFA 後的 tract seeding，只能說 percutaneous 做 tumor ablation 還是有這類的風險。
